Select Practice, then match practice
When the pitch has loaded up press pause and you will see 3 choices that say incomplete, Pace Bowling, Spin Bowling, Batting.
To get the achievement you just need to do each one and get perfect timing. The whole process is slowed down so its almost impossible to not get perfect, I did all 5 first time.
Make sure to run during the batting tutorial and let the ball go to the fielder during a bowling tutorial to complete the last 2 tutorials.
