This is not actually as hard as it sounds.
First set up a Amateur level T20 game between England all Stars and Afghanistan (you may need to download all the created teams).
Now Shazad should open the bowling for Afghanistan who is a medium pace bowler. Just wait for the ball with the left stick held up and LT held & push forward on the right analogue stick when the ball is about half way down the pitch, unless you do it super early or super late you should get a 6.
As soon as your sure its going for 6 hit Pause and click save and exit.
Once the animation has finished it will take you back to the main menu, now load the game back up and go for the next ball, if you hit a 6 do the same again but if you mistime or misthit as soon as you know its not going to be a 6 hit home to go back to the xbox home screen then start and quit the game. Load the game back up and it will restart you at the start of the previous ball.
Even with the quitting to home you should get this achievement in 10 minutes.
