Don't Knock Twice

Story related, cannot be missed. Once you have an axe, head upstairs and go into the first door on your left at the top of the stairs to enter the bathroom. Go over to the sink and tun the left sink handle to start the hot water and to cause the mirror to steam up giving you a combination number. Head out of the bathroom and make your way across the hall to the door on the other side and go into the bedroom. Next to the fireplace on a shelf you will find a safe. Use the combination you found in the bathroom on the safe and then pick up the ring inside of it. Once you do, the trophy will pop.
