There is a candle right of the fireplace in the room you start. Press 
to pick it up and then walk to the fireplace. While directly in front of it, press
to duck and the fireplace will light the candle.

Story related, cannot be missed. At the very beginning of the game, head straight ahead of you slightly to the left to find the candle on an end table. Pick it up and take it over to the fireplace and place it in the fire to light it. Once you do, the trophy will pop.
You will be required to light this candle. Do not light any other ones or you will negate Faster Than Light.
