How to unlock the The Servant's Curse achievement in Don't Knock Twice - Definitive Guide

When you reach the end of the game, you are given a chance to either kill the final enemy or do nothing and let her get you (I guess). For this trophy you must kill her with the axe. To kill her, attack her hands when they grab the cage and then when she pulls the door off and reveals her face, put the axe right between her eyes to finish her off. Once you return to your house, the trophy will pop.

At the end of the game, you are in a cage. Grab your axe and start swinging wildly, and when the lady opens the cage you will kill her. This will unlock when you see the ending sequence.
