This achievement can be unlocked on level 9: Gecko Park. It is recommended that this achievement be attempted after completing the game and using level select. This is because you need to have collected all items (including the radio from this level specifically) and then browsed through the entire Trashopedia for:
For the actual level, you will pull ~10 geckos in the starting area along with a couple of patches of grass. This will advance you to a 2nd area where an alligator is lounging near a radio. At this point, try to collect everything on screen with the exception of the radio and the crate it is sitting on. When these 2 items are all that remain, try to swing the hole in a fast motion near the edge of the crate and do not stop until the hole is far away from either item. If successful, the 2 items will have some space between them and you can safely suck up the crate without the radio. As soon as you do, the level intermission screen will load and the achievement will unlock.

I did this on my first play through and still got the Nerd achievement for Trashapedia. There is a stereo on the freeway level I don't know if that counts.

@mightirons, thank you for your comment. The radio needed for this achievement is specific to the Gecko Park. I checked the trashopedia and saw it labeled as “coco’s radio”.
I looked throughout the rest of the trashopedia and did not see another radio entry with that name. The highway level (“The 405”) has an “instant camera” that maybe looked like the radio on screen?

The radio mentioned by this trophy is on a crate next to him.
Start of level, you should swallow the grass then go for the small geckos, medium geckos, then large geckos. You can tell where they are by their eyes.
Then you'll be taken to Coco's yard.
The trick here is to avoid touching the radio's crate until everything else has been swallowed (yes, even Coco).
Luckily the placement of the crate is such that if you skirt to the far left before going up, you can still get the stuff behind it to the left of Coco's house.
Then go back to the right and swallow all the stuff there, including inching over to the left to swallow Coco's house.
Then at last, edge your hole over to the crate and have the edge of it touch the crate and pull to cause the radio to fall off the crate to the left.
Swallow the crate and stop moving.
A few seconds later you should get this trophy.
