This will be in the first main level of the game.

Swallow everything until you're big enough to swallow the oven/kiln which will give your hole hot air.

By this time, the puppy should have hidden in the hot air balloon.
If not, just keep swallowing items until he does.

Go under the balloon to cause it to lift up and strain against its anchors.
Stay until the anchors break off and the hot air balloon flies away and this trophy will pop.

Story Related and cannot be missed

Collect the items at Potter’s Rock until you have access to the area where the kiln and hot air balloon are located. Swallow up the kiln and set the hole underneath Pup in the hot air balloon to inflate it and send it in the air.
