At the Raccoon Lagoon level, you will need to find a way to knock down that castle in the background.
To do that, you will need to grow your hole to catapult-usable size and get some ammo.
Notice as you swallow things around you, you should swallow a fish or break a blob to reveal a fish that you can swallow.
Launch that fish from below the giant gumball machine full of blobs to release one or two.
The blobs are actually water balloons that you can break and fill your hole with water. Sometimes the balloon breaks upon being swallowed, saving you a catapult throw.
Launch that water beneath the water wheel of the log ride to get the log with the raccoon in it moving.
Refill your hole with water from more water balloons.
Repeatedly blast the water wheel with water until the log reaches the top of its climb and comes back down the other side.
Next launch the fish under the broken off piece of track to push it back up into place.
Let the log finish its ride.
You'll now gain access to the left side of the area with the ferris wheel.
Blast the ferris wheel with water and notice it spins.
Blast it again and notice it speeds up.
Blast until the ferris wheel goes haywire and runs off its track and crashes into the castle!
You should get the trophy right then.
Just swallow the rubble and the rest of the park area to finish the level.

Play through the Raccoon Lagoon level and make sure to swallow up all parts of the water park. Once you have catapulted the water into the Ferris Wheel three times and swallowed up all sections of the park, you will achieve this trophy.
