You will be able to unlock this during episode 3 and the achievement popped for me whilst I had created the following:
Alcohol + Grass = Absinthe
Alcohol + Pirate = Rum
Alcohol + Worm = Tequila
Vodka + Coffee = B52
Vodka + Milk = White Russian
This was after having created all the items prior for the previous episodes such as Beer, Milk, Alcohol and Vodka
