To unlock Episode Two you must create the artifact Stonehenge using: Stone, Stone Stone.

Domestic Animal + Grass = Milk & Fertilizer
Limestone + Fertilizer = Saltpeter
Saltpeter + Sulphur = Gunpowder
Weapon + Gunpowder = Firearm
Ship & Fabric = Frigate
Ship + Steam Engine = Steam Ship
Void + Glass = Light Bulb
Void + Electricity = Radio Wave
Radio Wave + Light Bulb = TV
TV + Book = Computer
Radio Wave + Radio Wave = Radiation
Metal + Radiation = Plutonium
Plutonium + Weapon = Nuclear Bomb
Computer + Radio Wave = Cell Phone
Energy + Fire = Plasma
Plasma + Void = Sun
Sun + Grass = Flower
Sun + Flower = Sunflower

Fixed it for you. Also to be truthfully honest I followed the guide portions I posted as I got the achievements.

I completed this list on chapter 2 and chapter 3 didn't unlock, also I didn't get the achievement for completting chapter 2 (so, it is incomplete), besides what this list says (assuming I have only done the combinations said list provides) what am I missing?

In the other solution, I listed all combinations. Use that list, start from the beginning and grind through it.

Went back through and checked both Episode 1 and 2 they both are accurate and working as I unlocked the achievements on another account I have

I did this list as advertised and had 97% without the achievement. I had to hunt down another list and try all combinations. Turned out to be Glass + House = Skyscraper, which I had entered on Chapter One even though the achievement had already popped since you had it listed there.

There are other possible combinations in Chapter 1 to get the achievement. So if you do it by guessing and try other lists in combination with mine you will probably end up missing some

You just copied and pasted the answers without testing. This list is incomplete for this version of the game. Meanwhile, your solution for Episode 1 has too many answers.

For Episode 1, the achievement unlocks at Fabric + Human. Bring all the answers from Air + Worm onwards to this solution, and the achievement for Episode 2 will unlock.

Bouncing off what @corwin613 pointed out there are probably hundreds of different ways to go about this. You'll need to combine his lists with the chapters you are on. For instance, you are on Chapter 2 you need both Chapter 1 & 2 lists. Chapter 3 you would need Chapter 1,2,3 lists.

If you follow his solutions from the very start then you could go from guide to guide. Otherwise you're going to need to combine and look for ones you are missing.
