At the end of every normal level there's a big round pad with a flagpole. It looks a little like a dartboard that's laying flat, you can't miss it. Land in the very centre of this pad, where the small red circle is. You'll shoot up the flagpole and it will say Perfect! if done correctly. The achievement will pop right away.
This can be done on any normal level (not boss fights) but is probably easiest on Caves: Level 1. In the early stages of the game the pad doesn't move around and doesn't require any complex jumping to get to. A perfect also awards 10,000 points which is very useful for getting 3-stars on each level, so it's an important skill to learn.

For this achievement you must land in the middle of the target zone at the end of a level (It is highlighted with red). You will know once you have done it because your character will jump all the way to the top of the flag post.
