The world Hives proves to be a very difficult world, much harder than caves and definitely harder than sky.
In Hives, the introduction of moving platforms in all sorts of ways plagues your ability to push for three stars.
My best advice is to do the level once through, and when you finish it, see what score you need to get 3 stars. (Maybe you have already obtained it after 1 try, but if not, adjust your next playthrough accordingly).
Typically, your best bet is to take your time, checkpoint to checkpoint, without worrying about time whatsoever. I finished a good portion of the hives levels with a 0 time bonus, and still was able to get 3 stars easily.
Once you defeat the boss, you will unlock this achievement.

This achievement along with the boss achievement unlocked for me. I got the full 400G but then 2 hours later I look at my achievements and I see that it says 300G. WTF? If anyone has problems with this achievement and the boss achievement updating to xbox.com let me know. It says I have them when I click on the game but it won't scan on TA even though I have all 12 achievements.
