During the campaign level Take Part in the Underground Fight, combine the following in order:

T-shirt + wounded hand
explore + industrial district
explore + fight club
coach Mickey + money
23:00 + abandoned warehouse
explore + underground fight
fight + Mike
Mike's attack + right hook
beaten Mike + left hook
money + bar
beer + Ronald
explore + Ronald
Apollo + fight
Apollo's attack + block
Apollo's defense + right hook
beaten Apollo + right hook
second round + fall

Bam! Cheev unlocked.

Unsure on the downvote without feedback. I've double-checked the solution and it works start to finish..

I have made a 100% Guide walkthrough for this game with all solutions, but to get the "Fixed Fight" Achievement, just skip the video to 7:59.

Explore + Industrial District = Abandoned Warehouse, Fight Club
Explore + Fight Club = Coach Mickey
Coach Mickey + Money = 23:00, Block, Left Hook, Right Hook
Abandoned Warehouse + 23:00 = Underground Fight
Explore + Underground Fight = Bar, Fight, Mike
Fight + Mike = Mike's Attack
Mike's Attack + Right Hook = Beaten Mike, Broken Rib, Knocked Tooth
Beaten Mike + Left Hook = Apollo, Fight, Knockout
Bar + Money = Beer
