DOOM 3: BFG Edition

This is the first boss you will fight in the Resurrection of Evil campaign and he actually comes pretty soon within the game. The battlefield will consist of two space turrets shooting out green laser beams that you must catch using your grabber and fire them back at the demon to deal damage. It should take roughly around 4-5 of these green beams to kill the hunter.

The only difficult part is that he can teleport about the map almost instantly. If he teleports just hold on to the energy beam and release it at him when he materialises. He will constantly try to throw energy balls at you, to which the best method of avoiding them is to simply strafe left and right. However try not to get stuck in any of the corners because the hunter can teleport onto the flooring you are stationed on and can trap you in a corner, to which he will deal some nasty melee damage.

Basically never stop strafing. Don’t get caught in corners. Fire green energy beams back at the demon with your grabber when you aren’t avoiding his fireballs. It shouldn’t be too bad of a fight, even on nightmare as long as you keep moving and don’t get caught in a corner or fall off the ledge.

Near the beginning of Doom 3 RoE you find this boss. All you must do is use grabber to catch the green things coming out of the 2 cannons and throw them at him. All he can really do is teleport and throw fireballs which are very easy to dodge. After a few hits he will die and the achievement should be yours.
