No matter what I do the last tablet "tablets" will not register. I've played thru twice tried everything. Pissed

Does the two you don't actually obtain show up in your PDA? I don't remember if I've seen the news one and I'm worried I missed it.

NTA made a 100% complete video-guide which is superior to the rest of the suggested solutions imo

It's good yes.... But you didnt post ALL the videos. So this is only a fraction of the. Collectables. Sigh.

Can you breath on your own? Go the channel, search Doom3 in the uploads and there you go. 30 seconds if you're really slow.

I found a video with all the PDAs, video logs and storage lockers.

Note: He forgot one PDA in Alpha Labs 1. It´s on a desk in "EPD Particle Emulsifier" near the switch that extinguishes the fire!
Also he forgot the "Specimen Stasis Museum" video disc in Delta Labs 2B: Lift Access!
The "Goody Finder" achievement seems to be glitched...I unlocked it quite early at the end of Delta Labs 3!

I noticed a strange issue with the video disks "ancient civilization" found in site 3 and "tablets" found in cavern 2. If you don't watch the ancient civilization disk in your PDA, tablet will not be collectible. You will be able to pick it up, but when you check your PDA inventory it will still say ancient civilization as though you picked up the same disk twice. My advice is to create a save prior to picking up these disks since they are near to the end. Also, once you leave the room ancient civilizations is found in with the scientist in site 3, once the door closes it cannot be opened again. So far as I can tell, aside from the non PDA videos, ancient civilizations is the only one you have to actually watch, the achievement unlocked for me having just collected the others without watching. If you miss this you have to play through the entire campaign again as there is no level select! Hope this helps.

Video logs can be collected and then played within your own PDA. Good thing about these is that there are not many. Video logs are a lot easier to find than you would think and you will pick up most of them by natural playing, however one requires you to watch a TV screen all the way through.
