After I got that turkey game achievement in the first level my game glitched out and I went flying, I reloaded my save and I had the chainsaw for some reason. I got my kills and the achievement popped fine but my game is kinda laggy, has anyone else had this happen?

The first place you can obtain the chainsaw is in Communications Transfer, Service Tunnels, Service Room 2A. Simply pick it up from the box or kill the Marine with it and pick it up.
