Right at the start of Delta Labs 4 you will encounter two chainsaw zombies. After you kill the second one look down at the skeleton in the corner of the room directly in front of the double doors.

As soon as you exit Delta 3 you'll be in the Delta 4 Hallway, the walls will be covered in bloody messages. Continue on until the hallway curves left a second time and you will see a message that says "You Laugh, It Works" by a skeleton. Shine the torch on it and the trophy will unlock.

Right at the beginning of the Delta Labs 4 level, go through the first bloody hall, take a left, go through the next two doors, and then in the far back right corner you will see a bloody skeleton and beside him these exact words will be written in blood. Shine your flashlight on them and this one will be yours.
