How to unlock the DOOMed Collector achievement in DOOM 3 - Definitive Guide

There are a total of 63 PDA's, 34 lockers, and 15 unique video disks to get. You must get all of each item in a single playthrough to unlock the respective achievements (I found that out the hard way)

That one is in a story related room, you have to go there to progress.

*MISSABLE*

For this achievement, you must find and pick up all the PDAs scattered across the campaign in one playthrough. PDAs will mostly be lying on tables and on the floor and will have a red screen. Some however require you to kill a friendly so that they may drop it. Collectables in Doom 3 are fairly easy to miss, so make sure that you search the entire level thoroughly before progressing to new areas.

The first time I followed the guide from the first hint, some inaccuracies came out and in the end I couldn’t get the trophy. According to this video guide , there were no errors and I received the trophy without any problems.

1) There is an error in the video. Box 039 code 102, not 104!
2) There is no explanation of how to go to cabinet 064. In sector Alpha 4 there will be a remote control with two active buttons. You need to press the bottom one, otherwise the door that gives access to the network of tunnels to box 064 will be blocked! Moreover, for some reason the PDF on this remote control is shown next in the video! Attentively! It took time to figure it out.
3) The guy in the video drops the trophy for all the boxes when he opens box 452. My trophy didn’t drop at that moment, but there is another box further down in the video, as soon as I saw it (I didn’t even open it) the trophy fell out!
