How to unlock the Secret Sleuth achievement in DOOM 64 - Definitive Guide

Easy way to do it without using codes or videos

Select "New Game" then "Doom 64" then "Be Gentle" difficulty

Head out of the room and turn left, kill the 2 guys and look for a door with a diagonal line on the left as you head down the long path and press A. (2 more guys will be in the room as you enter) Kill them and go up the step to your left and as you follow it around you'll see a grate by the door. Press A and it'll rise up revealing Armor. Collect it to get the Achievement

There are many secret areas in every level of the game, to unlock this trophy all you have do do is find your first one. This can be done in level 1 of the game. Follow the instructions under RVNH3CT1CD3M0??? to find your first secret.

If you immediately decide to make the RVNH3CT1CD3M0 trophy??? According to the video, you will receive this one automatically, since some barrels are in secret places.
