Easy way to do this is just launch Doom 1 - E1M1 and use the difficulty modifiers to disable monsters spawning and just run to the exit in only a few seconds!

If you are playing on PC, you can enable god mode (IDDQD), complete any level and the achievement will still unlock.

You can set the difficulty to "no monsters" and run through the first level.
