DOOM + DOOM II

If (like me) you have an Xbox but no keyboard, you can just select the level in the level select options. You don't need to play through any other level of Legacy of Rust. Only the very last one counts for the achievement.

Difficulty: I'm Too Young To Die

Bit of a confusing map this one but there aren't many enemies and they're easy to kill.

From the start head right, pickup the beserk and head over the bridge. Go up the stairs to the left, across the bridge, through the door, grab the mega armor, through the next door and into the arena where the super shotgun is.

Flick the switch and take out the first Tyrant of the level (good time to practice your circle strafing!) . The floor will lower and 5 Tyrants will come out. There's a flamethrower in the largest of the alcoves which is great at taking them out but keep that circle strafing up! Tbh this is probably the hardest bit of the level but they will in-fight if you can get them to hit each other.

Once that madness is over, remember to top up your flamethrower fuel and health. Each of the alcoves has a switch in it, flip them all and then when you step into the arena again the floor will lower.

This is where it gets a little confusing so check your map. You can see that there are 4 doors leading out to the outer area, NE, SE, SW and NW. There are two doors (red and blue) to the North and the blue skull key is to the E of the arena while the red skull key is to the W. While there are two keys, you'll only need one to progress. If this is your first attempt, it may be worth wandering around a little bit to get your bearings before picking up either key.

When you enter the outer area, 4 Vassago will teleport in at various points around the outer area. They're easy to dispatch with the flamethrower but just be careful of the pools of fire they shoot at you and try not to get stuck in corners or overwhelmed by their numbers.

When you grab a key, doors will open and 4 Vassago will come out (2 per door), use the flamethrower sparingly, keep circling around them to avoid too much fire aoe damage and you shouldn't have much trouble taking them out.

Refuel, re-heal and don't forget to grab both of the rocket launchers and the rockets!

Open the corresponding door and head up the stairs towards the next section.

Flick the switch to raise the rocket and grab the calamity blade then switch back to flamethrower because tbh the calamity blade sucks ass in this section. Doors will lower and a sizeable number of Vassago will wander in. Continue to circle strafe and flame away and take them all out. There's plenty of fuel on the floor and tbh the only tricky bit is to remember to not stand in the fire.

Once they're toast you're almost done! Head into either of the next rooms and click on the lips (sorry eye) on the wall. Same as before, wall slides down, Vassago come in, etc, etc. Then when you've cremated them go into the other room and do the same thing again. However, this time be aware that the central walls will come down and two Arch-Viles will start running about. Kill these two very quickly before they cause too much chaos. If you're lucky they'll be too focused on ressing things than attacking you so you should be able to take them out without losing too much health. If they do target you, don't forget to hide behind the rocket to lose their line of sight.

In the center room is another pair of lips (sorry eye), click this and the wall will drop down to reveal the final arena.

Jump in and grab the megasphere and lots of rockets will rise out of the ground. Resist the temptation of grabbing the invincible spheres (for now). Flick the switch, alarms will go off and a small army of Tyrants will wander in. Grab the first invincible sphere arm yourself with the calamity blade and run over to either pack and go to town. When the invincibility wears off, grab the other sphere and then go and attack the second pack. When this invincibility wears off you *should* hopefully have killed them all! If you do have any stragglers, switch to rocket launcher to take them out (again in-fighting will really help here). Phew!

Now that the carnage is finished, hit the switch between the two screens, jump into the portal, run up the stairs on the other side, hit the other switch and you're done!

Achievement earned!

if you are doing this on Xbox you will need to plug in a keyboard to type in cheats

Boot up "Legacy of Rust" go to Level Select and choose the level E2M7 "Brink" difficulty doesnt matter as we will be using the God Mode cheat (i left it on Hurt Me Plenty)

When you spawn in start typing the cheats

Type in "IDDQD" for God Mode
Type in "IDCLIP" to be able to Clip (walk) through walls
Type in IDKFA" for max ammo for all weapons and all Keys

When you have activated all the cheats, you will see green walls with faces on them, clip through the barrier in front of you and you will drop onto the green floor, walk into the faces on the wall and you will clip on a path next to the bridge, walk over the bridge and keep moving forward, you will get to a room that looks like an Arena with a hole in the middle, just keep walking forward and you will see a skull on the wall infront of you. Keep walking through the walls and up the stairs infront of you and through the door. Same as before with the Arena room keep going straight forward through the wall, past the room full of ArchViles and you will be in a room that has a huge machine infront of you. Keep going forward and up the stairs you will see "one dead Space Marine" infront of a console and switch, activate this and you will end the level and the achievement should pop not long after

Start a new game in Legacy of Rust

Type IDCLEV27

IDDQD god mode, IDKFA for full inventory, and IDCLIP so you can head straight north through the walls until you find a portal you have to activate to end the level.

PC Gamepass guide. Keyboard needed for Console version. You can use this for all the other "reach end of level" achievements on PC Gamepass as well.

1. Pick Legacy of Rust from the games list.
2. Pick singleplayer and then level select.
3. Pick Episode Counterfiet Eden , Level E2M7: Brink, any difficulty and load into the level.
4. Press the Tilde key, its the one under the Escape key on PAL Keyboards.
5. Type exitlevel and then press enter.
6. Achievement unlocked.
