Anyone else not unlock this? Completed it two times and haven't recieved it despite unlocking other achievements.

Edit 23/3/20

Still not unlocking, tried completing level on new save and on original save but still not unlocking. No idea what's caused this to happen since seems most people are unlocking it as usual.

How far into the game is this? 20 minutes or 2 hours? A little more info would be nice.

@Iggsy81, this is awarded upon completing the first level of the game called Hell On Earth. It takes about 30-60 mins to complete, if exploring to retrieve all items.

With that said, you're correct to ask for a more informative guide. Thumbs down until a little more information is added.
