How to unlock the Game Over achievement in DOOM Eternal - Definitive Guide
This achievement requires you to complete Horde Mode on any difficulty, but I'm Too Young to Die is the easiest.
You will have to complete all of the arenas to beat Horde Mode. Killing the Bounty Demons that spawn in each arena will unlock extra encounters in that arena, but these are not required and are suggested that you skip. Simply ignore the Bounty Demons if you can. Each mission has a blitz round and a traversal round, but you technically can just not complete them in order to unlock the achievement faster. However, the bonus rounds that are unlocked by completing blitz rounds and traversal rounds reward extra lives upon completion, so decide whether you think they are worth completing.
You can exit the game and save your progress at the start of every new level. If at any point you die and lose all of your lives, you will have to start your run again. There are a total of 38 extra lives up for grabs, however, and this should make completing the mode very manageable on the easiest difficulty. Additionally, you can open the dossier and select the Take Back Support Rune to allow yourself to retrieve extra lives that you have lost by killing the enemy who last killed you within a certain time frame.
Coins, mission challenges, and score are all optional and have no effect on the achievements. Be sure to familiarize yourself with any content you might be unfamiliar with if you haven't played The Ancient Gods: Part II. Namely, the Sentinel Hammer, new demons, and Meathook grapple points. This information can be found in the Codex as well as through in-game tips if you have them enabled.

Un-fucking-believable. It's real nice to grind all the way through this chunky time sink just to get fucked at the end. I'm so tired of developers not getting their achievements right. Wtf happened to QC. I'm stuck at the end, with endlessly spawning screechers and regular zombies. I'm not doing this a 4th time.

38 lives? Jeez I must have missed a ton of shit. I think I only found maybe 6 extra lives.

There is nothing complicated in this DLC, set the difficulty to minimum and kill the evil spirits, along with a copy of life, I had 15 for the last task, I lost about 3-4 lives on the last one because there are a lot of evil spirits, all the DLS took about 2 and a half hours , so go ahead everything is simple

I will add that bonus waves are not important for passing. If you don't want to mess with them, just don't kill enemies with a timer.

In total you need to go through 9 “levels” - after 3 and 6 you can reset your save.
And if something goes wrong, you can roll back the save. Well, or you can go to the menu. For example, during the last wave I had a bug and all my weapons disappeared...
