So, it seems you can't stack this with Extra Life Mode since 1 rune is not available in Extra Life Mode. Crappy move to make us play this DLC twice...

Nevermind, I reached the final rune and it gives you the achievement, even though I used the point to unlock the second rune again. Weird, but who cares :)

First encounter at blood swamp is kinda glitched cause the path won't let me through to get to the top platform before dropping down. Anyone else having this issue?

I had the same, there’s an invisible wall in place for the blood swamp. Backtrack to the area in front of the door, there’s a pole you can use to swing over to that area and access the secret from that direction.

In the first and third levels, runes are given for passing the Executioner's Gate, in the second you just need to find it
