If you're having trouble with this boss, the rocket launcher lock-on is your friend here. About three (two-and-a-half) successful hits with it should stun her to get the Blood Punch in. Rinse and repeat five times.

Make sure you're constantly refreshing ammo by headshotting her drones roaming around the arena.

It seemed to me a very good tactic: RPG with guidance of about 2-3 volleys, a bloody blow and then we hide at the bottom of the arena and shoot small mobs in the head with a cannon with an aim. So they provide ammunition. We restore and again a volley from an RPG, a bloody blow.... And so on.

From my own experience, I will say that the most effective weapon against bosses turned out to be a heavy rifle with rocket charges. Kahn inflicts especially strong damage on the Creator
