I finished off this level offline after being prompted for an update, the achievement didn’t pop, I’ve subsequently replayed the level through level select and it still hasn’t popped, any suggestions would be greatly received.

Same boat, my game went offline during this level and it didn't pop. WTF!

Personally, I can’t get this trophy, I don’t know why, but I got all the other story trophies. I started the campaign for the second time on a separate save, but it still didn’t work. In general, I advise you to make backups before receiving long trophies, since they helped me out with receiving trophies for all cheat codes, albums and toys. For some reason they fell out the second time. Fortunately, there were backup saves, but I can’t imagine what to do with getting this trophy. I wrote to technical support PS, if they help, I’ll add it. And I advise you to keep an eye on unlocking trophies
