In Master Level 1: Attack there is a chain gun guy in the first area. Kill him. And begin collecting ammo clips (dropped by the green haired human/zombies). Save up 200, when you get to 200, hold the trigger down until you use up all your ammo.

Just add to this solution. I used Map 5 to pop the achievement. That map will have a ton of chaingun zombies and bullets to pickup. If you've been saving ammo up to this point you should easily have 300-400 bullets at the start of the level.
Right before you exit the level and as you grab the yellow key some walls will open up with 3 cacodemons and a couple of spectres will be in the pit below you. This is a good opportunity to blow 200 ammo for a good reason.
After everything is dead you can run back through the level and pickup all the chainguns and bullets to replenish your supply. I was able to replace all 200 bullets easily and then exit the level.
