How to unlock the Butcher achievement in DOOM - Definitive Guide
Edit April 2 2022:
There seems to be an issue with the search function in SnapMap at the moment. Personally I haven't used it in a very long time and I don't recall how it used to work, because I had trouble figuring out how it worked for a minute or two.
If you enter the map's ID "KFADVXVW" then move the cursor down to "SEARCH >" and hit , the game doesn't seem to do anything but show a little red box on the right with the same ID in it. If you simply hit again you'll see the map listed, the "One stop achievement shop" which seems to be still searchable and playable.
Some are reporting issues where the Doom servers are indicating there is no connection which has been somewhat of a theme going back several years. The only thing I can recommend if this is occurring is to try again later or the next day, since they seem pretty good about getting the servers back up.
Original solution:
I have created a SnapMap as a one-stop shop for several achievements, including this one. To find it, simply hit to open the search function from any tab in the SnapMap mode and search for "KFADVXWV" (the capitalization does not matter.) Once you locate the map, make sure you hit to "Play" the map, because "Save to my downloaded maps" will not count if you launch it from your downloaded maps.
Setting the lobby type to private does not void this achievement.
If you follow the short tutorial texts on the screen, you can continue into a small arena and use buttons on your controller to spawn demons. You are (nearly) invincible, have infinite ammo, and permanent quad damage once you enter the arena part of the map.
One of the default weapons given to you in my SnapMap is the chainsaw, which counts as a glory kill every time it's used. It has infinite ammo so you can just go nuts hitting or and playing lumberjack with your new friends.
This map is also great for:
Solution for Timing is Everything In DOOM
Solution for Up Close and Personal In DOOM
Solution for Juicin' It Up In DOOM
Solution for No Rest for the Living In DOOM

Searching via keyword failed but searching “one stop” found it. Very useful.

You will be introduced to the Glory Kill in the tutorial area of the campaign. Bassically a run down for it is when you shoot or melee an enemy and you see them glowing blue/yellow you want to walk up close to them and melee them which will perform an execution like move on the demons.
Do this 200 times & the achievement will unlock.

Whenever you damage an enemy enough, they start glowing/flashing a color. When they do this, get in close and press 'F' to perform a Glory kill. Repeat 200 times for the achievement.
Additional Info on Glory Kills:
-The most important thing to note is glory kills will make the enemies drop health, ammo, and after a specific upgrade, armor shards. There are upgrades throughout the game that increase drops namely, Hell runes
-By default, the option to highlight 'staggered' enemies is turned on. This can be turned off in the settings for a more 'classic' doom experience.
-Looking at different areas on the body will sometimes do different animations. Experiment if you are getting bored.
-"Glory Kills" is an option in the "tutorial" section in your tab menu.
-Unless you're really trying not to, this should unlock before level 5
-Some challenges require specific glory kills.
They all count toward this total.
- There are Hell Runes and suit upgrades that make performing glory kills a little easier by increasing stagger time or the distance at which you can initiate the kill.

A Glory Kill is performed by pressing melee () when an enemy is glowing yellow. They glow yellow when they have been weakened. If they are glowing light blue then they can be Glory Killed, but are too far away. This trophy is very easy to obtain as almost every enemy goes in to this state before being killed.
Glory Kills give you some health / ammo back so are always worthwhile
