Doom has over 200 collectibles (79 Secets, 49 Data Logs, 36 Elite Guards, 26 Collectible Doll Models, 12 Rune Trails, 12 Field Drones, 13 Automaps). All collectibles are saved immediately when picked up. Collecting everything will reward you with more than 10 achievements. I have created 100% collectibles guides for each mission. In this guide I will only link to the Field Drones.

For this Achievement you have to collect the 12 Field Drones in the Game. Field Drones are not really tracked in the Game but you can check on your weapons how many mods you have. You can get Field Drones via chapter select at any time.

The pickups are scattered across the all 13 available campaign levels and are saved immediately after being picked up. To unlock a new weapon mod, you must find a Field Drone and select what upgrade you want to equip. There are a total of 12 different weapon mods available, and each weapon mod has a mastery that you can work towards.

Not a guide but an advice !

I missed one on the 5th level, which was not there .. after researchs on the web, i found some players having the same problem.

I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and it appeared !

A bit late, but if you're like me and had this achievement glitch out, replaying the campaign on a different save slot can* unlock it the second time around.
Basically pausing and quitting the game if it doesn't pop again, so you get multiple attempts.
It's not a fast solution BUT it worked for me so I thought it was worth sharing.

Had issue with this achievement and "Outnumbered? No Problem" (Hell Guards).
So I replayed through the entire campaign on the easiest difficulty.
The idea behind it is the same. You do a thing and see if the achievement pops/progresses.
If it doesn't, turn off the game before you hit a checkpoint.

For Hot Swapper:
As far as I can tell the achievement doesn't actually requires you to have all mods at the same time, it popped when I had ~6 mods.
Have the Xbox achievement tracker open so you can see if progress registers.
My achievement progress only advanced (~8%) when I selected the specific mod it'd failed to register the first time. At ~91% you only need 1 more.

When you find a field drone, you can select a mod, if the achievement doesn't progress you can turn off the game so you can use the same drone to pick a different mod.
I selected the mods in reverse order I did initially, but it popped when I picked a mod I picked pretty early (like 4th). So I probably just got lucky none glitched again.

Safest way is probably to avoid all mods until you've collected all weapons, earliest chance being Kandingir Sanctum. Then go through every mod, check the achievement tracker, quit game, repeat for every mod.
If this doesn't work, try this while cloud streaming.

For the Hell Guards:
Play until you've killed the first guard in any way you like.
After killing the third guard, if the achievement doesn't pop before the 'complete' prompt (top of screen).
Quit the game through the Xbox guide. You should start at the beginning of phase 2 next time you load up the game.
This way you have multiple attempts. DON'T interact with the key.
Try cloud streaming if it doesn't work.
