IMPORTANT UPDATE 21/7/17: WITH THE QUESTIONABLE CHANGES TO MULTIPLAYER THAT LAUNCHED WITH THE 6.66 UPDATE 20TH JULY 2017, THE BELOW IS UPDATED.
THE EMG MARK V PISTOL IS NOW UNLOCKED AFTER YOU REACH LEVEL 27. SIMPLY EQUIP THIS AND GET 10 KILLS FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT.
You must own the Unto the Hell DLC to unlock this achievement, however you do not need to do Unto the Hell only DLC maps. It can be done on any map.
The requirement for the achievement is self explanatory and is pretty easy even for crap mp players like me!
To equip the EMG Mark V pistol you must be level 2 (for complete novices this will be your first rank up and should come very very soon into starting mo, 5-10 mins max). This is because you must create a custom load out which requires a level 2. Do so, and under secondary weapon choose the EMG pistol. At the same time equip the new Kinetic mine in your grenade slot to also work on 'motion in the explosion ' achievement.
Load any multiplayer game of any mode and begin working on the achievement
The pistol is semi automatic and has greater effect when you charge it by holding down LT. Even so it's pretty weak and will only do damage in the 30's.
Your best chances of getting kills is for using on enemies who are fighting other players. They will have a great chance at lower health and will be easier to pick off. Other techniques include throwing a grenade and spamming RT with semi automatic shots and using a powerful weapon and finishing them off with the pistol at lower health. Purely using the pistol will prove difficult for most.
Find your technique and just get 10 kills. It's not too hard at all, good luck!
(P.S. Thanks to No. 1 Richie who pointed out that Private matches does not contribute to achievements.)

As of the 6.66 patch on 7/20/17, all DLC for the game is free. Along with the patch, multiplayer progression has changed.
The EMG Mark V Pistol does not unlock until you reach level 27.
Make sure you equip the weapon to a loadout (Weapons-> Edit Loadouts).
