IMPORTANT UPDATE 21/7/17: WITH THE QUESTIONABLE CHANGES TO MULTIPLAYER THAT LAUNCHED WITH THE 6.66 UPDATE 20TH JULY 2017, THE BELOW IS UPDATED.
THE KINETIC MINE IS NOW UNLOCKED AFTER YOU REACH LEVEL 42. SIMPLY EQUIP THIS AND GET 5 KILLS FOR THE ACHIEVEMENT.
You must own the Unto the Hell DLC to unlock this achievement, however you do not need to do Unto the Hell only DLC maps. It can be done on any map.
The requirement for the achievement is self explanatory and is pretty easy even for crap mp players like me!
To equip the kinetic mine you must be level 2 (for complete novices this will be your first rank up and should come very very soon into starting mo, 5-10 mins max). This is because you must create a custom load out which requires a level 2. Do so, and under grenade choose the kinetic mine. At the same time equip the new EMG pistol in your secondary slot to also work on 'marked for Death' achievement.
The grenade triggers whenever an enemy is close enough to it. It will begin to flash and explodes in 2 seconds. Much like a c4 in COD but slower.
Load a multiplayer game of any mode and begin trying to get kinetic mine kills.
The best way to get kills is to sneak up on enemies busy in firefights, or better yet in areas with thigh corrodors and hit LB (most maps have these sort of areas). In very open gameplay your opposition will normally have enough time to get away with non lethal damage. In the areas I recommend they will have less time and less awareness to get away, plus he likelihood of having lower health.
Just keep trying and it will come. It's not too hard and is a bit luck based. Got it in 3-4 matches.
(P.S. Thanks to No. 1 Richie who pointed out that Private matches does not contribute to achievements.)

As of the 6.66 patch on 7/20/17, all DLC for the game is free. Along with the patch, multiplayer progression has changed.
The Kinetic Mine does not unlock until you reach level 42.
Make sure you equip the weapon to a loadout (Weapons-> Edit Loadouts).
