This is a very simple achievement and can be earned from the games start menu. Simply choose the 'Snap Map' option in the main menu then select the option to create your own map. Load up one of the presets & click publish.
Once you have done all this you will unlock to achievement.

Just to note I spent a number of minutes trying to publish but couldn't do so with the error "the map description needs to be filled out or changed". There's actually a box to describe the map below the row of colour squares, which I didn't spot at all.

To unpublish, go to Create > My Published Maps > Info > Unpublish

You should add a few more steps in this guide.
Once the map loads up:
- Press burger button (start button) then Publish
- Then press RB to go to map name and description
- Add any words into map name AND map description
- Then RB to tab over to Finish and click Publish.

Snapmap servers were down since Nov 7th until today. Finally was able to get this achievement

Published 2 maps, No achievment *Shrug*
Unpublished both maps and republished and it unlocked.
Playing in March 2023, I couldn't seem to publish a map. Not sure if you need Xbox Live Gold.

Unfortunately, these servers appear to become inaccessible once every few months. It's in working order again. Though, I don't imagine that they will maintain them in perpetuity. I'd get cracking!
