Theres another very easy level to get this achievement on, if your a bit terrible at finding the secret areas like i am. if you wait until you reach the level Argent Facility (destroyed) the three challenges are quite simple.
1. Skeet shoot: Kill a Revenant whilst it is in the air. you encounter a few of these early on in an open air part of the map and they like to jet-pack around i recommend using a rocket launcher hit them a few time then wait till they fly hit them once if they die fantastic if they dont they will land run around a bit then take off again, once again shoot them once until the challenge is done.
2.Close encounter: kill 5 demons with a chainsaw. i Highly recommend using the chainsaw on imps, possessed soldiers or or the possessed as these only use 1 unit of chainsaw fuel. rinse and repeat.
3. Knowledge is power: find 3 data logs. there are a few of these in the office areas during the first part of the map make sure you thoroughly search each office and corridor and you will find them. i did not need to find a secret area to find 3 of them.

This can be done on the first mission.
You will get 3 objectives:
To use the Gore Execution 5 different ways (will happen naturally if you use them).
Discover 3 secret areas: When you interact with the first monitor to restore power, turn around and you will see a platform above where you walked in. From where you touched the monitor jump to that platform and follow it to collect te armor & your first area.
The second area can be found after going through the panel that opens up in the ground just after the last one. Simply kill the enemys then jump up on the ledge, then onto the crane then you can make a jump onto a little platform sticking out, interact with the leaver then below your position you will find a secret area open behind a door.
The third area is found after getting the yellow keycard. Start heading back to that area but enter the security station instead and activate the monitor. You can now open the hatch in the hallway. Walking down here will net you 3/3.
The last thing you must do is kill 2 enemies with a shotgun shot. Simply use the charged burst mod for the shotgun and In the little corridor just after picking up the yellow keycard you can simply line up the enemies and they will die in a shot.

Just a note that the first mission has no challenges. these challenges are for the second mission.

Took me a while to jump onto that small ledge for the second one. Tip: Jump onto the yellow railing first, then jump again to reach the ledge easily.

You first unlock the ability to do challenges on level 2. It is very easy to get this trophy on level 2, the challenges are:
Two-fer: Kill 2 of The Possessed with one trigger pull from the Shotgun
The possessed enemies are the weakest enemies that you encountered at the start of the level and throughout. You should use a weapon mod on the shotgun for this. If you have the burst charge then you should charge it up and line up multiple Possessed enemies and hope to get 2. If you have the explosive shot then fire at the ground near 2 Possessed enemies.
Variety is the Spice of Death: Perform 5 different glory kills on The Possessed
To perform different glory kills you should aim for different body parts each time. Each leg, each arm, behind or in front of them will each perform a different glory kill.
