How to unlock the What Else Ya Got? achievement in DOOM - Definitive Guide
Some important things that may help.
ONE RUN actually just means one game save. There is full mission select support and progress will be saved, so don't fret about missing it! (this goes for all "single run" achievements)
Also mine actually popped with one still left to do - the 10 barrel kills on The Necropolis
EDIT: An interesting note from namr3h, if you restart the mission (possibly only during first run through) in which you had completed some challenges, the game save will relock them, however, the achivement tracker saves the progress the moment a challenge is completed.
This seemingly explains my own experience as well.
Following on from that (and this is completely untested), you could in theory find some easy challenges and complete them repeatedly without ever completing the respective mission to save on effort on difficult challenges.
That said, the challenges aren't so hard, so your choice.

Somehow I got this one, my campaign isn't over yet. I redid a challenge 5-6 times because it was glitching out

Question. If you just get 2 challenges during your first playthrough on a mission. When you replay that mission do you have to get the 2 challenges again or just get the third one??

DOOM contains -
- 79 Secrets
- 26 Collectibles
- 47 Data Logs
- 36 Elite Guards (Praetor Suit Upgrades)
- 12 Argent Cells (Health/Armour/Ammo Upgrades)
- 12 Field Drones (Weapon Mod Unlocks)
- 12 Rune Trials (Rune Stones)
& 36 Level Challenges
Each level (other than level 1) has 3 available challenges. In order to complete this, you must complete all available challenges in the game. These usually consist of completing one feat, a long term goal consisting of specific kills and one for finding optional secrets. If you are struggling with a specific challenge, I recommend using this thread, and finding the challenge you need. It should list a specific time in the video which the challenge can be seen. NOTE: "Single campaign run" just means that it must be done in a single save file, so mission select is totally alright.

I was following Maka's guide while playing offline (no space on my HDD for the 32Gb update) and it unlocked for me during Mission 7: Argent Facility (Destroyed)!? This is weird!
I missed also a challenge in a previous mission.
At least it glitched in the right way this time
cheers Maka

I did it naturally during the campaign. When I lost some challenge, I played the mission again to complete before proceed in campaign.

Interesting note. It does not have to be in one campaign run, but possibly just the same difficulty. I started a new campaign on the same difficulty in a different save slot and I unlocked the achievement on Level 4 Argent Facility. So following the note from thatNoseyParker you could just restart the campaign in a different save file on the same difficulty and get the achievement if you're having trouble with the later challenges.

This worked for me. I had all challenges completed across two different saves with the same difficulty. There was a huge delay before the achievement popped, though.

just a tip for making this easier, you can reload checkpoint and it keeps your credit for your progress.
Challenge - Vega Processing / Imp Glory Kill (BUG - FIXED... Kinda)
Once complete the campaign, using Mission Select, this challenge does not react to any Imp Glory Kill, making it impossible to fulfill. The in-game counter is always at 0/5 (on Missio Select list, it shows 3 or 4/5, the tally from the first run, if you haven't completed it).
Ok, there is obvious that sometimes the uncompleted Imp Challenge gets glitchy and stops recognizing Glory Kills.
All except one, the one where the enemy is bashed into the wall, and a small percentage at that. You'll need patience, lure them next to obstacles, and reloading that initial Imp fight many times before being able to knee them into the walls of oblivion.
Not the challenge's purpose, but does the trick.

I completed the game once just in a casual playthrough and did not try to go for the mission challenges. I started a new save file on a lower difficulty and followed the great walkthrough on this site and the achievement popped early for me because I completed some unintentionally on my other save file.
So if you miss any you can go back and get them through mission select and I would recommend going for some of the harder ones on a lower difficulty save if you are having troubles getting the enemies to cooperate.

This isn't so much of a solution, more of a warning.
It's possible to mess this up on your save slot due to the nature of how the challenges and secrets work. Each level challenge must be completed in the level in one sitting. If you replay the mission via the mission select, progress on any missed challenges will be reset to zero.
Some of these challenges are to find x number of secrets in the mission, but not every collectible counts as a secret. So there could be only 3 things that count as a secret in the mission.
If the challenge for the mission is to find 3 secrets, and you happen to only find 2 before ending the mission, then going back via mission select will reset the challenge count to zero, and you won't be able to complete it because finding the secret will still be ticked off and saved.
I managed to mess this up on the Steam version, so thought I'd point it out here. Sorry if the explanation is a little confusing, it's the best way I could think to describe it.

Thanks for clarifying why this happens. It happened to me unfortunately and now I have to play the whole game again to unlock this trophy....

I just started Mission 2 with previously having found only 2 secrets. Now when I loaded up the mission (still only 2 found) the challenge for finding 3 secrets suddenly completed. I already had the other two done. So now I'm scared. Technically completed but without meeting the requirements.
Edit: So I found a glitch. It says completed in that match, however I quit to main menu. There it was also completed. Yet when I booted up the mission again the ingame counter says 2/3.
It seems that quitting to menu does not save the challenges progress. I was sure when I activated a Rune in another mission and then when I checked that challenge wasn't completed either.

Only up to level 6 but the level 6 video shows collectibles and not the challenges.

The level 6 video are the challanges. The collectibles that you see me getting are apart of the challange.
