Chad Wilburn: If you've completed a challenge, you do not have to get the challenge again on a second playthrough of a mission. Check your mission select screen, and you will see any challenge you've completed.

Going back to finish all of these... I got the achievement with 4 challenges left... All 3 on the necropolis and for finding all 3 skull switches on argent dnur

I got this today, 1 challenge is glitched for me (glory kill 5 imps, VEGA level). It says I did 3, but i had went back and tried to get it to complete. I got the achievement despite this challenge being 3/5 and incomplete according to the game.

When I went back to replay some of the missions it said the challenges are unable! Will this affect me In aanyway?

Please message me. I really dont want to replay the hole game just because I missed a few challenges!

Unable, SEJ360? And the very first mission has no challenges and instead says unavailable, was it this that spooked you maybe?

Is it best to go back and get challenges before you finish the last level or should I wait to till I finish the last level? Or does it not matter?

I can confirm this also unlocked for me WITHOUT doing the 0/10 barrel kills in The Necropolis.

I totally missed that and was about to get back there but it unlocked in mission 13 without every doing it. That's a good thing!

Sorry if this has been answered before but if I miss say 1 challenge on the 4th mission and I'm now on mission 10, if I go back now and get the one I missed will it erase my checkpoint from where I am in the campaign? Also, do I have to finish the level or can I complete the challenge and exit out like in the lego games?

I also had this one unlock early, it popped after doing the last challenge on mission 12 and I was surprised to see three more challenges waiting for me on the final mission where I assumed there wouldn't be any! Hot Swapper also unlocked with one weapon mod still to collect. Most weird but it's nice when glitches go in your favour.

I still had three challenges left when it popped. The leeway that this achievement allows means you can skip a few annoying challenges

For some reason my progress is stuck at 16%. I've completed 2 challenges since it said 16% and it's still there

6. in the mission I have collected all the guards and the elite preators token. the challenge of the mission, is 1/4. because? I have to try again? There are other challenges in glicht known? if select a mission, I lose the progress or weapons? thank

Weapon and collectible and challenge progress won't be erased using mission select, however I believe I recall if you leave before completing a mission, progress in that mission won't save? Could be wrong.

JUst had this pop with 3 challenges left on the last map, and the another challenge glitched

The way I did it was play through chapter 10 and just before the Doom computer game, hit reset mission. You'll warp right before it. And then each time you click the computer, you'll complete all 3 and get a percentage point each time. I learned the percentage only goes up when you complete all 3 ;94 a mission. But in order for it to work, this must be the first time going through chapter 10. I just did that til I needed 1 more chapter of missions and completed all missions in chapter 12 and then it popped. But you could totally get it from just doing 10 over and over til it pops.

I missed two during my first playthru, went back to do one and got the acheivement without completing the second, having never played before.

I was mildly disappointed that the achievement popped before I had to try killing a Mancubus with my pistol, but at the same time I just want to finish these off so I can move on to Arcade mode.

Following the walkthrough and reloading check points to get challenges and weapon mastery done when i found a good spot. This achievement unlocked for me jut before i got the Overclocked achievement.

Joujoubox, achievements trackers *can* actually decrease, but it is up to the developer to implement tracking correctly.
Regarding this achievement, my own and many others’ experiences is that this achievement can pop without all challenges complete, suggesting one challenge can be registered multiple times.

I got this completing in a run all challenges up to mission 12. So I got it earlier, maybe it gliched I havent played mission 13 yet. Or the games just save all features even if you are not in the same level. I remember killing two barons one shot with my laser in the previous mission.

I beat the game and missed two challenges. I level selected to do one of them and the cheevo popped!

Yeah I just realized myself that this popped early for me too. I still have the challenge to get 2 hell baron kills with one shot in mission 13 and I already unlocked the achievement.

yeah mine popped after getting the last challenge on mission 11 (Necropolis). Then I go to Mission 12 and notice that it has challenges as well. Either it's glitched, they don't count anything past mission 11, or there's a set number (less than the actual complete total) that you need to meet in order to get the achievement.

Actually, come to think of it. I had to restart the second part of mission 9 because I forgot to get some collectibles that I didn't want to go through first part again to get them. I ended up doing this more than once because I missed another collectible that I couldn't backtrack to (being careless pretty much). I remember having to do challenges not completed before part 2 of the mission (Time Well Spent challenge) over again because they aren't saved if you restart a mission on your first playthrough of said mission. So perhaps the game just has a counter in general (instead of checking for specific challenges) for doing challenges and once you hit the total number, the achievement pops. Not sure if that may be the case.

It's gone up now. But weird bug is happening. I just finished chapter 6 and did all challenges but for some reason on the mission select screen it says I only have 1/4 on dead man stalking but if I load it up it says mission complete. Happen to anyone else? Think it's gonna ruin this achievement?

The % progress issue is almost definitely Xbox live side. I've been having a LOT of issues across games with it lately.

I'd say keep pressing on. That achievement has had a lot of bugs regarding proper tracking, like with mine popping 3/4 challenges early. So even if that issue does affect it, the other bugs might well cancel the issue out. Does that make sense?

The tracker doesn't decrease after you loose a challenge not because the cont hasn't decreased. Achievement trackers can never go down and will display the highest value ever achieved. It's also why it can sometimes appear glitched.
