A really easy level is to do is Amazon #3 "Heavy Hammer Hop." It takes approximately 50 seconds per run and the same 3 bonus objectives will recycle over.
Just Keep playing this level over and over again.
1) Never let the bronze opponent beat you to a checkpoint.
2) Never let the silver opponent beat you to a checkpoint.
3) Get a silver medal without dying.
