How to unlock the A Foot Face? achievement in Double Dragon Neon - Definitive Guide

On stage 7 "Some kind of Lab" you begin in a room with a punching bag you must hit to continue. Keep hitting it until you hear a chime noise then stop.

You will be teleported to a new area with quite alot of enemies followed by a platforming section. Upon completion of this area the achievement will unlock.

Note: Try to stop hitting as soon as you hear the chime. I'm not syure if it works if you keep punching past it before stopping.

Edit:
Credit to 'Psycho0022' for suggesting it unlocked for him at 87 hits, which may be the intended number of hits required as 1987 is the year the first Double Dragon came out.

Credit to 'celestial purge' confirms that if you equip successive strikes you get a counter for how many hits you have done, and says for them, it unlocked at 97 hits

Credit to several comment posters and myself included have confirmed that if you keep destroying the missiles after about 5 minutes they will stop

It takes 97 hits. You can turn on Successive Strike which will give you a nice hit counter to keep track.

I got it at exactly 87 punches and that is no coincidence. It is the year Double Dragon came out.

Actually, they never went away. What needs to happen here is for you to time your attacks and jump perfectly to the point of where you can deflect the top missle with a punch while hitting the other with a low kick as you pass all three platforms. Do that and you should be OK.

I've managed to make the missiles stop coming twice now. I'm not sure if its a glitch or what. I stood on the very edge of the platform punching the high missiles and hopping the low missiles. They indeed eventually stop coming, though it's probably less time consuming to just learn the pattern as mentioned above.

Celestial is correct, they do in fact stop after a while. I was farming the tapes you get from them as well as needing health a few times and after a about 5 minutes, the missile firing ceased.

It's definitely 87 hits. You CANNOT punch more than 87 hits on the punching bag or you won't warp. I had a lot of time to make sure it's 87 as the missles kept causing me to restart. Glad to find out that they do stop.

I found it helpful to stand a little further back than right next to the edge when attempting to wait for the missiles to stop coming in. Good spacing will provide enough room for any tapes dropped from punching the top missile to fall in front of you on the ground rather than fall into the abyss. They do stop eventually, but if you go back for any tapes created by the low missile hitting the trap behind you, the missiles will restart once again.

97 if you won't brake glass before or 87 if you break glass before punching the bag. So 87.

It's still chiming at 97 hits for me. Maybe it varies based on how many hits you get in before the Stage Intro pops up. I was having trouble with the platforming section and was near death, so I decided to equip the life-stealing stance and punch the missiles to gain some life back. After doing this for quite a while, the missiles eventually stopped coming and I was able to simply jump across the platforms unimpeded. Apparently, the missiles do run out after a while. Just thought I'd throw this info up for anyone who is having trouble with that annoying section of the stage.

This trophy is unlocked on stage 7 "Some kind of Lab."

At the start of the chapter punch the punching bag exactly 87 times and wait (1987 was the year the original Double Dragon was released). You'll hear a sound shortly following the 87th hit, be sure to not punch more than 87.

You will be transported to secret stage with some simple enemies (no bosses) and platforming. Completing this secret stage earns the trophy. You can even equip successive strikes to view a counter to make it even easier.

The platforming for this board was infuriating and pretty awful good luck 🤞.
