How to unlock the Fuzzface!! achievement in Double Dragon Neon - Definitive Guide
Halfway through stage 6 you will come across an arrow volley trap and a little bit to the right you can see two stone pillars or tombstone-like rocks with a ladder in the background to go up the scaffolding. Just stand in between the two stones and press LT (duck/gleam move) 7 times and Fuzzface will appear and pop your achievement. It's a handy little fellow that drops health and manna every now and then and so far he is still with me when i play other stages. So once you get him i think it's for the rest of the game. At least untill you stop playing your current session. I noticed when i continued later on my fuzzy friend was no longer with me =)
(Edit) Don't destroy the stones, or Fuzzface will not appear (Credits to Jessie Moa x)

During stage 6 look for two tombstones close together as you encounter a ladder. Before continuing the stage and going up the ladder, stand between them and crouch down 7 times to summon Fuzzface. That is all.
By the way, this is helpful for later plays on higher difficulties. Once you summon him during a play through, he stays with you throughout the game and randomly drops health and special gauge items. However, if you turn the game off (even after saving), Fuzzface won't be there when you reenter the game, but you can always summon him again by following the above process.
