How to unlock the The Key to Victory achievement in Double Dragon Neon - Definitive Guide
Edit (18/08/2021): A couple of people in the comments have no confirmed this works on female enemies as well. Back when I tried it, for whatever reason it never popped for me this way.
Original Solution
This achievement is for killing an MALE enemy with a key.
( I tried it on a female enemy and the achievement did not unlock)
Easiest done on level 1. When you get to the key pick it up with B then don't open the chest with it! Walk past the chest until 2 enemies appear, Use X to attack the Male enemy with the key until he dies and the achievement will unlock.
It may take a few hits so if you choose you could get hit to drop the key, take out the female enemy and weaken the male before picking they key back up to finish him off.

Thanks to your strategy, I got the achievement. To make this easier, when you have the key in hand and you're about to take on the male enemy (Williams) make sure to kick him twice, then use the key to stab him. When he gets back up, stab him again and he should die for the achievement to unlock.

This achievement will definitely work regardless of whether you kill a male or female enemy. In the first level, I accidentally killed Williams before I could use the key on him, so I then used it on Linda, the whip lady and I still got the achievement. Perhaps the game just didn't register the kill, or the achievement somehow glitched up when you killed a female character with the key.

I managed to get this, and A Boo Boo, almost purely by accident, luck, and timing at the same time.
I carried the key with me into the room with the conveyor belt - I was trying for either this achievement or the A Boo Boo achievement on this run, so I figured one way or the other I was picking up SOMETHING. I drew several opponents onto the conveyor belt, had to drop and pick the key back up several times, and this did cost me two lives in the process. Finally, I managed to hit Williams enough times to stun him, pick up the key, and before he fell into the pit managed to hit him with it - he died falling into the pit and I still got the key achievement. As I had been fighting Abobo at the same time I, managed somehow to knock him in a few seconds later.
I want to emphasize I didn't set out deliberately to get both, but hey, it worked! Does someone want to try and see if this works as an actual strategy, instead of lucky circumstance?
