Double Kick Heroes

First and foremost, "Sheila" is the name of the car. So your goal is to change the look of the car.

I found that the easiest way to get this achievement was to play "Fury Road" --> "Daily Fury."
(Endless Fury should also work fine)
Choose "Rock" difficulty.

As you complete levels, you are usually awarded with a trading card/modifier to choose from at the end of the level. Keep selecting cards until a card titled "Whipping Fury" comes up. It has a picture of the car on it. It's effect is to reduce the penalty for missing cymbals and snares, it also gives your car a flame paint job.



Select it and continue on to the next level.

The achievement should pop as soon as the next level loads in.

Depending on how many levels it took you to find the card, it might be worth it just to keep playing until you finish the loop (the entire list of levels, it's about 20) to also unlock:



It'll probably take around 60-90 minutes from when you started playing.

Easiest way that worked for me.
When you're going to kill Satan, If you have the drum of destiny, as soon as you answer yes to use it, the Achievement will unlock.

During the daily challenge (Fury Road), keep an eye out for any card which alters the look of the cars appearance.

You unlock cards (a choice of three) after each successfully completed song.

I believe you have to get 100% in a song to have the opportunity to choose a car skin altering card (this isn't confirmed - simply my experience)

I recommend playing on "Rock" difficulty for the best chances of unlocking this achievement.

I got this simply by playing the Fury Road mode & choosing the daily fury. From the description, it talks about earning rewards, so perhaps alternate skins & outfits the characters are using in that daily challenge are the rewards?

So I can't say guaranteed this method will work, since it's possible daily challenges change things, but it's easy to load up & find out. From the sound of it, also completing the runs is how to unlock stuff as well.
