I did this on level 4-3 "Blasted" song was "Flesh and Bones" on rock level. I got it at the end of the song/stage on the super fast kick drum part, I was alternating LB and RB to keep up, it seemed after keeping the rhythm perfect it jumped up to X9 combo.
