This one IS MISSABLE.
To get it legit, you need to:
- After The Mountain Level you will get a Dialogue Option with the Gandalf-Looking Bartender
- He will ask "Can I interest you in a rousing game of Bar Trivia?"
- You must PRESS
to select "Sounds Fun"
- This will trigger a Bonus Trivia Game
- You can Pause the game and google the Answer.
- After a couple correct answers, you will win
ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED
"Scene Select" Method:
You can insert the Cheat Code at the Title Menu
- Press A to go to the Screen that shows your Gamertag
- Now Press
10x and then Press 
- This will Activate "Scene Select"
- This Bonus Level is SCENE 41
- Start it up
- If asked about a Trivia Game. Press A for "Sounds Fun"
- Once started, You can pause the game and google the questions to find the answers

A lot of these questions if even answered right the game says they are wrong. Stupid! IE

So I think every time you pause, look something up and press "A'" to un pause it thinks you are guessing "A".

I see only about 500 peeps have played on TA so far.
But in my opinion the pause method only leads to guessing "A" automatically.
It really isn't hard so write the correct answers down and replay until you beat it.

Press the guide button instead. You can still see most of the question. Enough to look up the answer. Press guide again, then choose your answer

Press A Sounds Fun - When at the bar scene with Caster the trivia master. There's only about 12 questions so even if you fail to answer them with 3 lives you restart at the beginning of the scene.
The choices you need to make in game are
B - DC - Fan Boy (Skips fight with A)
Street Fighter - Not Missable Level 1
B - Quit - Will Work For Coffee - (Restarts game)
A- Suck it up - A Quarter Mile at a Time
Either(Level isn't Missable) - No Respect
A - Try to sneak in(B skips level) - Lost Track of time
Either - Put the money in the bag
A- Actually I had a dream about printers - Down on a farm
A Unfortunately I already ate(B skips) - Movie Star
B - Umm I wonder what that would be like - There's Always room for zombies
Either - Fastest Gun in the west
Either - Mountain Man
A - Sounds Fun - Look at the brain on Doug
After Boss battle - Comeuppance
