On the main menu go to "The Descent" and play the 1st level and just hold A and RT a few times together as you are downsloping down the hill and you will unlock this once you finish and get to the bottom. This is the easiest level of the game and there are no barriers in your way whatsoever making the achievement easiest to do on (Hill 1) I guess you can call it.
