Downwell

Area 3 is The Aquifer. The entirety of this stage consists in traversing underwater, all while avoiding enemies and a new threat: the lack of oxygen. You need to replenish it from time to time, destroying recipients placed on platforms and inside caverns. A counter will be above your head the moment you enter Area 3-1 and, if it reaches 0, you'll lose 1 HP and only have 10 more seconds of air.

Also, walls and floors are covered with red spikes that harm you if you touch them.

There are only 4 types of enemies: turtles, squids, jellyfishes and piranhas, and only the later is really dangerous. They swim erratically and will chase you even from afar. Avoid it at all costs and kill it ASAP.

This is also a great area to build 25+ hit combos, since enemies are slow and do not hang from walls, especially if you have the Blast Module, as squids tend to travel in groups. Just keep an eye on your oxygen and breathe whenever possible.

The trophy will unlock at the upgrade selection screen of Area 3-3.
