This doesn’t unlock straight away. After you upgrade a card to silver you have to close the game and restart it. It then unlocks after about 30 seconds.

Works, but might take more than one restart. I had to reload the game twice.

You unlock all of the cards using the chest. When you have all the cards unlocked the chest changes and says upgrade to silver. It costs coins you can get from the demon slave. Click the upgrade button then need to choose a card. That card will stay face up all the others will turn face down.

This one took about 5 restarts to work for me on Xbox
