THIS IS A MISSABLE ACHIEVEMENT
Requires you to make a certain choice near the end of the game. I will put the solution in spoilers but it will reveal very little so it should be safe.

Sorry @filozofgizem I don't remember what the mission name is. Also it's two separate quests one for the choice and one where you get the achievement so I don't know which one you want. It's not that important though since the missions are required to beat the game. If you read the spoiler then that is all the info you should need.

GIO42 You later get a quest due to this choice which will get you the achievement. Sorry about not mentioning that I'll add it in an edit.

Perfect tip, BadAssCody. Unfortunately for me I accidentally saved over my pre-boss battle Arbor Wilds save. Note to self: research achievements even when getting sucked into a pretty great story.

So here is a relatively spoiler free guide i'm gunna make.. as vague as possible, while still being helpful.

Play the game until you can start the quest "What Pride Had Wrought" and do whatever you must do to drink from the 'plot device', do not allow 'anyone else' to.

There is a point where a person of note, has an issue finding their offspring, afterward. Resolve it. This sets you on the path for the quest "The Final Piece". At a point you will need to fast travel to a small icon on the map (not the war table). Go there, Click the statue, watch the cut-scene, do the thing, watch another cut-scene, get the achievement.

**MISSABLE**

Story related.

At the very end of the "What Pride Had Wrought" quest, you get to choice to drink from the well, or let Morrigan drink from it. To achieve this trophy, you'll need to drink from the well yourself. After drinking it you'll receive a new quest. Complete that quest to obtain the trophy. If you don't want to read the (minor) spoilers, please make a manual save before starting or, early on in the mission and reload it if needed after you've completed the mission, or obtain it on your second playthrough if you're going for two playthroughs.
