Dragon Age: Inquisition

I got the achievement playing on Xbox One. However, I got the achievement a little later than the guide says. Yes, there was a cutscene with Valta, but I also had some dialogue with her where I had to choose what to say. Then there was a brief scene of my party and I returning to the main camp with Scout Harding telling some random dwarf to “pay up” cuz I returned alive. After regaining control of my character, I received the XP and influence for completing the quest and a second later, the achievement.

It may be worth noting that I had Blackwall, Dorian, and Iron Bull in my party (in that order from top to bottom) and my party died once while fighting the boss. Idk if that’s somehow the key to getting the achievement to pop, but that’s what worked for me.
