How to unlock the Diabolist achievement in Dragon Age: Origins - Definitive Guide

Achievement Name - Diabolist

When playing the Warden's Peak DLC, near the end of the tower portion, there is a potion sitting on a table with a book. If you interact with the potion, you get three options. Drink it, destroy it, or leave it alone. Drinking it will unlock the achievement, as well as give your character a couple of new skills.

As an added note to the guide that stands, know that you CANNOT re-enter the interior of the keep after travelling from the area when you complete the questline. I opted to not drink the concoction so had to do the DLC on another character.

When you are in Avernus's tower (Mainquest will send you there towards the end of the dlc) you'll enter a small room. This is Avernus's workshop. On the far wall of the door you came in through is a desk with a potion on it. You can also see some books you can read.

Simply drink the potion and the Trophy pops.

Towards the end of the "Soldier's Peak" quest, you'll come to Avernus's workshop. You'll find a potion sitting on a table next to a book. Drink it.

Towards the end of the quest "Soldier's Peak" you will find yourself in Avernus's laboratory. There will be a bottle on the table next to the book. Drink it and get this achievement.
