Story-related, cannot miss.
Chapter 10 of The Veilguard essentially sees you head to Arlathan Forest to assist the Veil Jumped in the main quest, “Unwanted Guests.” After that quest and another exposition main quest, “Grim Bonds,” you’ll finally head to the Arlathan Crater in “Blood of Arlathan” to liberate the Dalish Elves who have become prisoners of the Venatori.
Once you’ve freed the elves and escaped the crater, chapter 10 will come to a close and you’ll unlock this achievement.

And somehow I missed it

Yeah, I missed the Part 4 achievement, and had to replay to get it, that's why I added guides with each mission requirement so if you have safety saves you don't have to replay too much.
