Dragon Age: The Veilguard

Throughout northern Thedas in Dragon Age: The Veilguard, there are 6 factions… 6 factions you’ll need to keep happy if you want the perfect ending (The Ones That Last (75G) achievement).

Now, there are numerous ways to earn faction reputation points:

• Firstly, by doing quests for them. Whether that’s main quests tied to that faction, side quests or even companion quests for the faction-related individual.
• Secondly, by selling valuables to the faction merchant.

It’s as simple as that.

The below is the list of quests that you get from in and around the Hossberg Wetlands that you can complete for the Grey Wardens, all of which will earn you faction strength points. On top of that, all of Davrin’s companion quests also grant Grey Wardens faction strength points too.

Also, it should be noted that you don’t need to max out the faction strength (3,200), as on multiple occasions the faction achievements popped for us when we hit the 3-star level (2,900).

• Something Wrong - main mission in the Hossberg Wetlands.
• Only An Echo - during Something Wrong in the village, Lavendel.
• An Academic Interest - South in Lavendel.
• The Cabin in the Blight - Read the scroll in the atrium of the Lighthouse when After The Storm commences.
• Lives Spared - Speak to Warden Greta in Lavendel.
• The Cauldron - Main story quest that gives Grey Warden reputation points.
• Something Wicked - Becomes available after Fire and Ice.
• Spinning Gold from Grey - Becomes available after Fire and Ice from Sawyer in Lavendel.
• Something’s Coming - Available after The Words of the Wolf in chapter 11.

Once you get to 2,900 with the Grey Wardens, you’ll reach 3-stars and this achievement will unlock. As an aside, perhaps prepare a save before you do cross the 2,900 threshold, as like the companion quests, it can be a touch temperamental here too.
