When you first start the game you'll end up in the lobby, which is the main hub world where you walk around as a chibi Dragonball Z character.
In the upper right corner of the screen, you'll see a message which invites you to "Go on a quest". Just click
to accept and the game will provide you with some information about the lobby. Hit 
and a very easy 20GS should be yours.

Thx worked like a charm — you have to press A a few times, but still as easy as stated.

When you first load the game and go into the lobby the tutorial should go through completing Quests. Just complete one of the 3 quest and this will unlock.
